What am I tweeting on?
My iPad, using the app Twitteriffic. I’ve turned on multitasking gestures so I can quickly swap to other apps if I need to, such as the browser or camera.
Twitter notifications for mentions are turned on so I can interact with others, but sound is turned off!
Here is a guide for multitasking gestures:

I’ve collated the twitter handles for the presenters I will be in session with. I’ve followed them on twitter, and said hi! You can find these in the conference app.
Presenters
Kevin Honeycutt @kevinhoneycutt
Carole Zangari, @commgreenhouse
Martin Littler @martinlittler
Jonathan Reed @Cricksoft
Mystie Rail @atlaak
Greg Oconnor @gregoconnor
What do I include in my posts?
In each post I will be tagging everything relevant to the presentation with #ILT2014 – so that it is easy for follow. I’ll also include the authors handle (or a #name if they are not on twitter). It’s also handy to tag each session with the title name or a topic tag, so its easy to find later on when I collate it in Storify. Sometimes this kind of evolves at the conference as others tweet – live tweeting is about a shared community, and each conference has its own unique tags that evolve! Here are some of the Tags I will be using:
#aac
#eyegaze
#telehealth
#literacy
#assistivetech
I’ll also be co-moderating the #atchat on Thursday 22nd at 10am AEST, so posts specific to that will be tagged with #atchat
Will you be joining me in tweeting at #ILT2014? Or will you follow along ‘virtually’ from home? Let me know in the comments, and follow me on twitter @gailbennell
